Application Types
Youth applications must be signed by the Parent/ Guardian and the Unit Leader.
Ages: 5 – 18 years old
Cub Scouts: 5 – 10
Scouts, BSA: 10 – 18
Venturing: 13 – 21
Age Exception: Youth participating in the Venturing Program can become “Venturing Participant” from the ages of 18-21 years old.
- 18 years and older must complete an Adult Application.

COUNCIL UNIT ACCOUNTS
Scouting Colorado offers Council “Unit Accounts” for units actively registered within the council. Unit Accounts serve as a In-House Bank Account that can be used to pay registration fees for Events, Membership, and Scout Shop purchases. Unit Accounts CANNOT serve as individual Scout accounts.
- Create a Unit Account with Customer Service. Complete Unit Account Policy Form.
- Deposit Money into Account (Cash, Check, Credit Card).
- Spend money within the Council.
